About

Robison Productions is me, Tucker Robison. I am a composer and audio engineer. Through my business, I provide original music for radio, TV, and video and a variety of digital audio services, including recording, mixing, editing, and mastering. My compositions and arrangements, including jingles, underscores, children’s songs, music for dance, and concert works for orchestra, chamber ensembles, and various electronic media, have been presented in settings throughout the United States and the world. Recordings that I have engineered appear on Centaur Records, Innova Recordings, Clarino Records, and numerous independent releases. My studio is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana near the Louisiana State University lakes.

My education includes B. Mus. and M. Mus. degrees in composition from Louisiana State University and a D.M.A. degree in composition/theory from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I am a Louisiana native and grew up in the small bayou town of Lecompte. In the summer of 2002, I returned to Louisiana to start Robison Productions after making my home for a number of years in Illinois. While living in Illinois, I taught music composition, electronic music, and music theory at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois.

My wife, Carrie, and I currently live in Baton Rouge.
